Our delivery service

We offer our customers a home delivery service.

The distance calculated at the time of booking is made via Google Maps and includes the round trip from our headquarters in Wemperhardt to the customer’s home.

Our operating rules

• All vehicles are absolutely non-smoking vehicles.
• The driver must be in possession of a valid identity card or passport.
• For all vehicles the minimum age of the renter and driver is 21 years.
• International trips are only permitted within the EU and Switzerland.
• Pets are only allowed in some models and only after consultation with the rental company.
• Every renter is responsible for the compliance with the legal regulations (valid driving licence, traffic rules).
• The number of seats offered may not be exceeded.
• Handover of the vehicles takes place from Monday to Friday by individual arrangement. The agreed return times must be strictly adhered to, otherwise the current renter will be charged for the damage claims of the subsequent renter. Before each departure a handover with all necessary explanations for the correct use of the vehicle (+/- 1 hour) will take place.
• The vehicles are handed over with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. For refuelling we charge a flat rate of 50 € in addition to the petrol costs.
• Heavy external soiling must be removed by the renter himself before returning the vehicle.
• In case of withdrawal from the rental contract, a deposit of 25% is generally due.
• Cancellation costs: up to 90 days before the start of the rental period 20%, up to 30 days 50%, thereafter the full rental price will be charged.
• A deposit of 25% of the rental price is due upon conclusion of the rental agreement. The remainder of the rental fee must be received free of charge in our account 1 month before the start of the rental period or be handed over in cash when taking over the vehicle.

Our vehicles are equipped with a technology allowing to determine their position. These GPS trackers are mandatory for insurance purposes and serve your safety.
The data from these devices is not stored or used.
